STRATEGIC CONSTRUCTION & DELIVERY CONSULTANCY
Supporting projects with confidence, clarity & control
2GSD is an independent strategic construction and delivery consultancy specialising in the planning, mobilisation, and execution of complex, high-risk developments. We support developers, asset owners, and delivery teams from early feasibility through to commissioning and handover, ensuring projects are buildable, controllable, and deliverable from day one.
With decades of hands-on senior leadership experience, we are trusted to operate where programmes are exposed, interfaces are complex, and decisions carry material risk. Our focus is simple: protect outcomes, reduce uncertainty, and enable efficient delivery.
We support property developers, asset owners, contractors and specialist installations, consultants, public-sector bodies, statutory authorities, investors and funders requiring delivery assurance. Our role flexes to suit client needs, from trusted advisor to embedded delivery leadership.
If you are planning, mobilising, or recovering a complex construction programme - or need strategic delivery insight at a critical decision point — we would welcome the conversation. Contact us to discuss your delivery challenge.

WHAT SETS US APART
DELIVERY LED
STRATEGY
We bridge the gap between strategy and execution. Our advice is grounded in real-world construction delivery, NOT THEORY, ensuring decisions made early withstand the pressures of live projects.
COMPLEX ENVIRONMENTS
We operate confidently within multi-phase, multi-stakeholder developments where regulatory, commercial, and technical risks intersect. Complexity is our working environment, not an exception.
CLARITY UNDER PRESSURE
When programmes drift, risks crystallise, or disputes emerge, we bring structure, evidence, and decisive leadership, restoring control and confidence.
SENIOR LEVEL ENGAGEMENT
Clients work directly with experienced practitioners who have led major programmes from the front. No dilution. No delegation without oversight.
