Supporting the client team in the procurement of Main Contractors.

Assist with the preparation of Invitation To Tenders and then supporting the client team in the wholistic tender analysis and selection of the Main Contractor.

Support during PCSA periods monitoring progress and delivery of the Main Contractor including Developed / Technical Design, BSR Gateways, Applications and Mobilisation.

CONSTRUCTION

Supporting the client team with independent review of Main Contractor delivery and assisting the client team deliver their requirements during the construction.

MITIGATION

In event of unforeseen project risks, a calm, structured management strategy will be implemented to minimise disruption and safeguard programme, cost and quality.

Investigations will establish root causes, and effective stakeholder & specialist engagement, deliver programmed & costed options for approval and execution.

On Option Approval 2GSD will continue to support the execution of the strategy to ensure the targeted results.

CLAIMS

In the event of a Contractor claim for time and cost, 2GSD will provide support in the intelligent review of the situation, the programme and commercial quotes.

Extensive review of data, including understanding the position from both sides will empower our client to reach a position.

If 2GSD are engrossed from Concept to Completion, contracts, instructed changes, progress reports and cashflows can be progressively monitored to maintain data from the commencement of the project.
